Businesses, particularly those in the planning and legal industries, are being warned to be wary of phishing.
The PSNI’s Cyber Crime Centre issued the alert in response to allegations of scammers targeting a number of businesses.
According to Detectives the Cyber Protect squad, ‘phishing’ is the most typical use of fraudulent emails to obtain sensitive information.
