Russia has launched a round of drone attacks on one of Ukraine’s most important grain exporting ports, just hours before Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan meet.
Early Monday (04 September), the Ukrainian Air Force encouraged residents of Izmail port, one of the country’s two major grain-exporting facilities on the Danube River in the Odesa area, to seek refuge.
