Champhai, Mizoram, experienced an earthquake on Monday (10 April) with a magnitude of 4.7 on the Richter Scale, according to the National Centre for Seismology (NCS).

The earthquake reportedly struck Champhai at 6:16 am (local time), according to NCS.

An earthquake of magnitude 4.6 on the Richter scale struck Campbell Bay, Nicobar Island, in the early hours of Monday (10 April).
