Prior to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s anticipated visit on February 12, huge quantities of explosives were discovered in Rajasthan’s Dausa area, leading to one arrest.
Dausa Police detained the suspect who was allegedly transporting the explosives close to Khan Bhankari Road in the district as they took stock of the security measures made in advance of the Prime Minister’s arrival.
Approximately 1000 kg of explosives, including 65 detonators and 40 boxes containing 360 gelatin sticks intended for blasting, have reportedly been seized by police. An average gelatin stick weights 2.78 kg.
