According to regional governor Pavlo Kyrylenko, a Russian rocket demolished an apartment building in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kramatorsk late on Wednesday (01 February 2023), resulting in at least two fatalities and seven injuries.
Public utilities, law enforcement, and rescuers are sifting through the wreckage of the collapsed structure at the scene. Most certainly, there are still people underneath.
