Environment Canada has issued a warning of significant snow this weekend in Kamloops and the surrounding area.
Between 10 and 30 centimeters of snow are anticipated to fall in Kamloops, the North Thompson, the North Okanagan, the Shuswap, and along Highway 5 to the British Columbia–Alberta border from Saturday afternoon (25 February 2023) through Sunday night (26 February 2023).
Before traveling on the local roadways, drivers are advised to examine the state of the roads.
