According to data from the Union Health Ministry issued on Monday (10 April), a total of 5,880 new COVID-19 cases were reported in India in the past 24 hours, a small increase from the figure of 5,357 on Sunday (09 April).
Though the COVID-19 situation has improved greatly, people are still advised to follow COVID-19 safety protocols.
