On Monday (24 April), a 7.2 magnitude earthquake struck the Kermadec Islands in New Zealand, according to the National Centre for Seismology.

According to the NCS, the earthquake occurred around 6.11 am (IST).

On April 24, 2023, at 06:11:52 IST, an earthquake with a magnitude of -7.2 occurred in the Kermadec Islands of New Zealand.
