On Monday morning (08 May) at about 6.30 a.m. (local time), another explosion occurred in Amritsar.
An explosion occurred on the route to the Golden Temple at heritage street near Saragarhi Sarai.
Police and forensic teams have arrived at the scene and are collecting samples for testing, including the police commissioner. The blast caused no injuries.
