As per reports on 04 May, in the previous 24 hours, India has recorded a total of 3,962 new COVID-19 cases.
According to the Union Health Ministry, a total of 7, 873 persons recovered from COVID-19 within the same time period.
According to the Ministry, there are 36, 244 active COVID cases in India, with a recovery rate of 98.73 percent.
Though the COVID-19 situation has improved greatly, people are still advised to follow COVID-19 safety protocols.
